Sean’s leadership experience encompasses venture funded startups through Fortune 500 industry leaders. With a strong background in enterprise network infrastructure software, hardware and services, Sean easily assimilates technology and has a keen understanding of the challenges faced by technology companies in maximizing revenue and profitability within the limited window of opportunity from new product introduction through obsolescence.
Throughout his career, Sean has worked closely with Global 1000 leaders such as NEC, Ericcson, Toyota, Fujitsu, KMart, Dell, Exxon, Fidelity Investments, IBM, HP, Sun and many others.
Prior to founding 360Sell, Sean was Director, Global Sales & Marketing for San Jose, CA based Sanmina-SCI Corporation. In this capacity, Sean had global sales and marketing responsibility for the Enterprise Computing & Storage (EC&S) division, with annual revenue exceeding $2 Billion (USD). Sean’s responsibility also included Newisys, a subsidiary design company developing and manufacturing enterprise class server and storage products for the OEM marketplace. Under his leadership, Newisys revenue increased from $3M to over $200M annually in just two years.
Sean’s background includes sales training, team-building, high-level client relationship development and contract negotiation. With solid experience in both direct and in-direct sales, he has developed global sales and marketing organizations and distribution channels covering the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
